Mum-of-three Dies After Undergoing Brazilian Butt Lift In Turkey

A mum-of-three, Demi Agoglia, has been confirmed dead after undergoing cosmetic surgery in Turkey.

The 26-year-old complained of chest pains days after the Brazilian butt-lift operation and died on the same day she was set to return home to Salford, Greater Manchester.

The British mum was on her way back to the clinic in Istanbul for a check-up following the operation on Thursday, Jan. 4, but suffered a heart attack in a taxi as her partner, Bradley Jones desperately tried to give her CPR.

She was rushed to intensive care but she sadly died on Monday, Jan. 8.

Demi, whose youngest son is seven months old, is believed to have suffered a series of heart attacks caused by a fat embolism.

She flew to Turkey for the surgery despite having previously undergone ‘botched’ dental work and another procedure.

Her heartbroken brother Carl says her family and partner tried to persuade Demi not to get the work done – and warns anyone thinking of going to Turkey for surgery not to go through with it.

Carl, 37, told The Sun: “It is tragic what happened. We are just in shock. She went to Istanbul to have it done.

“She had previously gone to have her teeth done. No one wanted her to go out and have it done but she is one of those people.

“Her partner is still out there and his dad has just flown out there to be with him.

“If anyone is thinking of flying to Turkey for an operation I would say don’t do it. Even her boyfriend didn’t want her to do it.

“But she is 26 and has her own mind. Her mum didn’t want her to go out either.

“We have been told that her boyfriend had to do CPR on her in a taxi.

“We think they both went back to the clinic for a check up and that she collapsed in the clinic.

“They put her in a taxi with her partner. Something happened in the taxi. She couldn’t breathe.

“He had to do CPR. I don’t know if she came round and died in the hospital. That is vague. We don’t know the full details.

“I think there will be a coroner’s report over there. Her partner needs a death certificate before she comes home.

“She is only 26, she shouldn’t have die. Just don’t do it, it’s such a high risk. She should never have done it. She has left three young kids.

“I was just told this morning. Her two eldest children were away with their dad and came home early and have been told. She also has a seven-month-old baby.

Demi’s younger sister, Georgina, also shared an emotional tribute to Demi on TikTok, saying: “I lost my sister yesterday. I miss you so much Demi. Nothing feels real anymore. How can you be gone.

“Just wanna hear you shout alright Rkid nothing will ever be the same without you I love you Demi x.”
