A Nigerian lady was seen in a video crying after she discovered that her male friend, whom she thought was giving her the silent treatment, had died two weeks ago.

In a post she shared on a popular social media platform, the lady expressed her initial belief that her friend was ignoring her, so she decided to reciprocate.

Her caption read: “I thought it was silent treatment so I reciprocated. Only for me to see him in my dreams and try reaching out the next morning. His phone was switched off. I started calling friends and found out he died two weeks ago.”

The post suggests that the lady mistook her friend’s absence for deliberate avoidance, leading her to do the same.

However, after dreaming about him, she attempted to contact him, only to discover his unfortunate passing.

This revelation has drawn attention from many social media users who have shared their thoughts in the comments.
