Nigeria’s Confirmed Cases Of Coronavirus Jumps To 5162, See States Affected

Nigeria has confirmed 193 new cases of COVID-19 across several states of the country, the National Centre of Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed on Thursday.

According the report, Lagos has 58 new cases of the virus followed by Kano with 46 cases and Jigawa having 35.

Other states and their recorded new cases are:

12 – Yobe

9 – FCT

7 – Ogun

5 – Plateau

5 – Gombe

4 – Imo

3 – Edo

3 – Kwara

3 – Borno

1 – Bauchi

1 – Nasarawa

1 – Ondo

The total number of discharged cases on Thursday evening stays at 1180 while deaths remain 167
