A Nigerian man has sparked mixed reactions on Twitter as he unveils a two-bedroom house he allegedly built with N5M.
The Twitter user with the handle @AbrahamMacHILLS set tongues wagging on the micro-blogging platform following the cost spent on raising the mini-bungalow.
The builder while promoting his craft stated that he is available to build the same structure for anyone who already owns a piece of land.
“With 5M, I can build this 2 bedroom house for you, if you already have a land,” he wrote in a tweet.
His claim, however, caused a buzz as thousands of users flood his page to argue how impossible it is to build such a structure with just N5M.

If you can take us through the process of achieving this with 5m Naira, with materials schedules, labour & profit, I will give you 200,000 for your time..:”
